Use case: A New Schedule

Sally has just joined a soccer team, which has recurring weekly practices and irregularly scheduled games. There is an email from the coach with the practice team with a document attachment containing the league’s game schedule. I would like to:

• Quickly add all recurring and regular events
• See whether any events conflict with any of her pre-existing events

How to satisfy

1. I create a new schedule named “Sally Soccer”, the system automatically filters my main event view to only show events from this schedule. A secondary event view will show potential conflicts.
2. I create a new recurring event “Practice Mondays 5pm”
3. For each game, I create a new event, e.g. “Game Apr 18, 12pm-1pm”
4. While creating these events, a list of conflicts is shown on the secondary event view. I can change what events are shown here, to avoid showing events for Billy or Sammy.
